Web Design / Development

Auxi Solutions is a fast-growing IT/Design company that offers technology support solutions and web development. We are currently looking to add an individual to our team that is interested in continuing to build the web and graphic design component of Auxi. The ideal candidate's skillset covers not only web design, but also the ability to understand and meet client needs. We are a relational IT/Design company and are seeking to add a like-minded member to our team (looking for more than a coder.) We are looking for someone that can easily take instruction, understand the project, and work independently to accomplish the task. Most of the work would center around client interactions with regards to websites that we have built and potential incoming projects.
 
At Auxi we build websites with a purpose. Over time our ideal candidate would help with every part of the development process, from meeting with clients and understanding their goals to developing websites that help them achieve their goals. Applicants should understand graphic design and how to make client websites look great. Duties would also include content writing, managing domains, DNS records, and hosting.
The ideal candidate would be working with a small team so the ability to manage multiple projects at once is a must. Applicant must be comfortable with taking instruction.
 
Qualifications:

Tech Team Lead

As the Tech Team Lead, you’ll maximize the team by actively encouraging them and holding them accountable. We interact with people daily and your proactive communication with the team members and clients will be crucial. You will need to lead, but also have a desire to serve those around you. No job will be small for you to step up and accomplish.

What Winning Looks Like:
  • Communicates proactively with their team
  • Supports technical issues involving Microsoft’s core cloud business applications and operating systems
  • Offers advanced technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
  • Manages the RMM system, notifications, and alerts and responding accordingly through service tickets
  • Properly documents in HaloPSA, OneNote, Hudu and Keeper
  • Provides oversight of tech team and looks for ways to improve
  • Is sought after by teammates and others across the team for ideas, feedback, and thoughts on bettering their work
  • Leads “jump start” morning meetings to plan the day
Skills Needed to Win:
  • Three or more years of experience in a relevant field
  • Certifications (useful, but not necessarily required)
  • Interpersonal skills such as telephone and communication skills, active listening, and customer care
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
  • Service awareness of all organization’s key IT services for which support is being provided
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide assistance to our clients
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • System Administration for local and cloud environments
  • Microsoft 365 experience and understanding
  • Microsoft Azure experience and understanding
  • Experience in configuring firewalls and various network devices with NAT, Port Forwarding, and network security protocols
  • Experience in deploying networks with various wireless, switching and other networking products, creating segregated networks and access control
  • Experience in managing Active Directory Domain Services, Azure Active Directory Domain Services, and on-prem domain systems
